Welcome to the website of our beautiful Italian home.
We, Dymphna and Erik, are very happy that our dream has come true.
In this beautiful green part of the Piemonte we have 3 houses for rent, where you can come and experience what it is like to live in total peace and surrounded by so much nature in this so quiet part of Italy.
We think it's great that, after 5 years of renovation, we can finally share our paradise with others.

Casa SantAnna in Piemonte

You can find Casa SantAnna at the end of a tarred road in the small village of SantAnna. The large farm house has been divided into 4 completely independent houses, each with its own separate entrance, of which 3 are for rent. The outer facades have been completely restored to their original state but the interiors have been updated in terms of comfort we expect anno 2023. All exterior walls, new roofs and ground floors have been insulated. On the grounds below the house you will find the infinity pool (5x13m).
In all houses and the pool area there is WIFI available.
For guests there will be a charging point for electric cars in the near future.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. As much as we love animals, we have to be aware that many people have allergies to dogs and cats.

Atmospheric farmhouse in Piemonte

Only 100 km south of the beautiful city of Turin, you will find our converted farmhouse in the hills of the Langhe area, in the small village of SantAnna, very close to the town of Ceva. The house stands on 2,5 hectares of land at an altitude of 520 meters.

Opened in august 2023

You can book for summer 2023, but also for summer 2024. You can find our prices and availability on the accommodation page. Our rentals are weekly and run from Saturday to Saturday.

Enjoy total peace

At Casa SantAnna you can enjoy the stillness of nature, the stunning views of the lush green surroundings, the sight of deer and wild boars eating the fallen fruit and nuts in the orchard, and listen to the sounds of the birds and the crickets singing in the summer.
