Description

You can find Casa SantAnna at the end of a tarred road near the small village of SantaAnna. The large farm house has been divided into 4 completely independent houses, each with its own separate entrance, of which 3 are for rent. The outer facades have been completely restored to their original state but the interiors have been updated in terms of comfort we expect now. All exterior walls, new roofs and ground floors have been insulated, and 50 solar panels have placed on the roof.
For guests there will be a charging point available in the near future for electric cars, and WiFi is available in the houses and pool area.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. As much as we love animals, we have to be aware that many people have allergies to dogs and cats.

At Casa SantAnna you can enjoy the stillness of nature, the stunning views of the lush green surroundings, the sight of deer and wild boars eating the fallen fruit and nuts in the orchard and listen to the sounds of the birds and the crickets singing in the summer.

In- and round Casa SantAnna you are surrounded by luxurious, comfortable (box spring) beds, well-equipped modern kitchens, nice bathrooms and last but not least a beautiful (heated) infinity pool (13x5) that is built in the meadow below. In the pool area you find plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas, an open kitchen, BBQ, a shower room with toilet and the laundry room with washing machine for the guests.

House layout

Casa Gemma has been realized in the front part of the farm. It is a very bright house because of all the windows. The house is suitable for 4, and possible for 6 people. You enter through the spacious terrace, which is private and has a view on the beautiful green hills and the church of Roascio. Location of the terrace is south-west. Once inside the large modern kitchen, with original stone walls, there is a pellet stove for the fresh evenings in the early and late season.

Because the kitchen is quite high, we have created a spacious mezzanine, where there is enough room for a very comfortable 2-person sofa bed. We think that children from 6 years old will love to sleep there. A godsend for families with 3-4 children. There is enough height; adults can also sleep here. You reach the mezzanine with an aluminium ladder.

Through the hallway you reach the staircase to the bedroom on the first floor. An airconditioning is installed here, because this bedroom is situated on the first floor and under the (chestnut beamed) ceiling. Walls and roofs are all insulated, and also during summer the nights in Piemonte cool down considerably. But we didn't take the risk, and had installed the airconditioning right away. In this case there is a possibility to cool down the bedroom before sleeping. After the staircase you enter the bathroom on the left, followed by the second Master bedroom. This bedroom has a height of almost 6 meters; from the bed you look up to the chestnut beamed ceiling. Here also original details.

Bedroom windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
When booking you can make a request for a cot and high chair. This is free of charge. These will be ready in your house upon arrival.
An iron and ironing board are available in the house.
